We are an interdisciplinary research team specializing in social influence detection, LLM manipulation analysis, and AI ethics. Our work combines computer science expertise with psychology to understand how AI systems influence human behaviour and decision-making.

Prof. Przemysław Kazienko

Prof. Przemysław Kazienko

Professor at the Department of Artificial Intelligence, Wrocław University of Science and Technology. His research focuses on natural language processing, large language models, affective computing, and AI’s impact on humans. He leads three research groups: ImpactAI (AI influence and LLM manipulation), Emognition (affective state recognition), and HumaNLP (human-centered NLP).

Prof. Beata Bajcar

Prof. Beata Bajcar

Professor at the Department of Psychology and Ergonomics, specializing in management psychology. Her research explores organizational phenomena through psychological processes, including workplace procrastination, cyber behaviors, organizational leadership, and human-AI interaction. She is the author of multiple standardized psychological measurement tools.

Researcher at the Department of Psychology and Ergonomics, combining organizational psychology with personality research. Her work examines how individual differences influence leadership preferences, employee wellbeing, and adaptation to digital work environments. She focuses on psychological responses to technological uncertainty and interpersonal objectification in professional settings.

Postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Artificial Intelligence with interdisciplinary expertise in psychology and data science. Her research bridges the gap between digital and human worlds, focusing on large language models, social influence, and psychological wellbeing. She specializes in human-centered approaches to AI, with a focus on AI model linguistic and behavior analysis.

Maciej Markiewicz, PhD Student

PhD student at the Department of Artificial Intelligence, specializing in machine learning and natural language processing. His doctoral research focuses on large language models in education. He contributes to the PLLuM and HIVE AI projects as a machine learning engineer.

Aleksander Szczęsny

Aleksander Szczęsny, PhD Student

PhD student at the Department of Artificial Intelligence, focusing on machine learning and large language model development. His research investigates advanced methodologies in deep learning and natural language processing, with particular emphasis on high-quality synthetic data generation utilizing large language models. He contributes to the Polish LLM ecosystem through his work on the PLLuM and HIVE AI projects.

Tomasz Adamczyk

Tomasz Adamczyk, PhD Student

PhD student at the Department of Artificial Intelligence with a background in cognitive science and expertise in machine learning and natural language processing. His research investigates how large language models interact with human cognitive processes, with particular focus on theory of mind, cognitive biases, and AI’s influence on human reasoning and decision-making. He bridges computational approaches with cognitive science to understand AI-human interaction.

Ewa Kilimnik

Ewa Kilimnik

Psychologist at the Youth Educational Center in Wrocław, bringing practical expertise in working with young people in educational and therapeutic settings. Her experience enriches the team’s understanding of real-world psychological dynamics.
